Mr. Rama Raju is the ex-CEO of AML Finance (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automotive Manufacturers Ltd) and has previously worked in the capacity of Zonal Business Head at SREI, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Tata Finance Ltd.
Currently, he is working towards further professionalizing the team while creating systems and processes for the next phase of growth.
With a Post Graduate degree in Management (MBA) and over 30 years of experience, he has successfully recruited several senior management team members from the industry across diverse verticals.
Mr. Sreepal Jain is a Chartered Accountant and a post-graduate in Commerce with more than 12 years of experience in accounting & financial management, controllership & decision support, business planning & analysis, fund raising & treasury management, MA & Integration.
He has been associated with the IIFL group for over 5 years and has varied experience in managing real estate company finance and accounts functions and has worked in the micro finance industry in the capacity of CFO. He has also been associated with KPMG in the audit and consultancy practice for over three years and with IL&FS as part of the accounts & finance domain for two years.
Mr. Paruchuri Chandra Sekhar is an M. Com and LLB and has been associated with the company for the last 25 years. He takes care of all aspects of finance, accounts and legal & administration. He holds two decades of experience in the Asset Finance business in various capacities.
Mr. Chapalamadugu Sreenivasa Rao is a qualified Cost Accountant & Company Secretary and has over 17 years of experience in cost accounting & company secretarial matters. Previously, he has worked with BBM Bommidalla Group.
Mr. Raghuram K holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (finance specialization) and has over 25 years of experience in the Asset Financing business.
His expertise includes formulating and implementing sales enhancement strategies, accomplishing the given targets in budgeted parameters, sales, administration and recovery.
Previously, he has worked with ICICI Bank, GE Capital, HDFC Bank, SREI finance, etc. He is highly proficient in tapping new markets and clients and generating business towards enhancing the profitability of the company.
Mr. Chakrapani Gollamudi has a Bachelor of Sciences degree and has completed the Risk Management Executive program at IIM-Bangalore. He has over 27 years of experience in credit, sales and recovery. He has also worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Citicorp Finance India Limited and Ashok Leyland Finance. His last assignment was with Kotak Mahindra Bank for 14 years, where he held a Zonal Position for West and South regions, overseeing all commercial vehicle related products; he also held the National Credit Head position for used vehicle loans. In addition, he has experience relating to Siebel CRM and was instrumental in building various customized functionalities like marketing, sales and service modules and responsible for their successful implementation on a pan-India basis. He contributed significantly to the Credit Score Card based approval system for retail CV loans and has been involved in identifying untapped markets and products with good potential, thereby contributing to the overall growth and profitability.
Mr. H Srinivas has over 29 years of experience in collections, credit appraisal and team management in the BFSI industry. He is proficient in handling the collection operations towards minimizing delinquency levels and accomplishing the assigned targets.
With proven abilities in designing plans for augmenting collections and maintaining relations with third party collection agencies, he has demonstrated business acumen in leading and managing operations and achieving higher rates of organic growth.
Previously, he has worked with Apple Credit Corporation Limited, CITI Group, SREI and Midwest Leasing & Finance Ltd.
Mr. D P Rao holds B.Com and PGDBM in business administration.He comes with a overall 30 years experiance in NBFC industry.He had earlier worked with Poonawalla Fincorp Limited,Bajaj Auto Finance Limited and ICDS Limited,Manipal,in various capacities linke branch manager, regional business head and zonal collections head and had a successful and proven track trecord with each of the organization he had worked for.
Mr. K Srinivasa Satya Prasanna Krishna holds degree in bachelor of commerce and post graduation in legal.He comes with 25+ years of experiance in legal and recovery front.He has worked with notable employers like IIFL Home Finance Limited , Magma Fincorp Limited & GE Money Financial Services ltd.
Mr.Sanjay Khan holds Masters degree in Business Administration (White Belt in six Sigma)and he comes with overall 21+Yrs of experience in Business Launch & Development. Product development, Distribution Strategy and Project & People Management. He has previously employed with NIIT Ltd,Max New York Life Insurance , GE Money, Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd, Tata Motors Finance Ltd ,HDB Financial Services Ltd,AU Financiers India Ltd , Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Kogta Financial (India) Ltd. and Capital India Finance Limited.
Mr.Ravi Kumar Jayanthi has enriched 24+ years of IT experience with the organizations like Deloitte,Genpact, Spandana Spoorthy, Aeries Technologies, KFIN Technologies,etc., He has strong experience of handling global teams across different geographical locations. His experience includes managing the teams of IT application delivery, IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, Change Management,Incident Management,NOC,SOCand support for applications as well as infrastructure.His education includes a Graduation in Computer Science. Besides academic qualification, he is certified in CIO leadership excellence from ISB, MCP, MCSE and CIISA.
Mr. VGK Prasad is a veteran in the Vehicle Finance business. He founded IKF in 1991 and has partnered with industry giants such as BHPC (Bureau of Hire Purchase and Credit) of TELCO, HDFC Bank, Sundaram Finance, etc. He has served as the President of Krishna District Auto Financiers Association & Federation of Indian Hire Purchase Associations (FIHPA), the apex body of Asset Financing Companies. Apart from IKF Finance, he has promoted IKF Home Finance, the subsidiary of IKF Finance.
Equipped with a BE (Electronics & Communications) and an MBA (Global Management) (USA), Ms K Vasumathi Devi has been associated with the company for the past 15 years. She leads the overall vehicle financing business and specifically focuses on credit, systems, and technology.
She expanded IKF Finance to western and central India and has undertaken upgradation of IT infrastructure and automation of various processes.
She has prior experience of over 10 years in IT and Telecommunications in the US.
Dr. Murthy A S L N is an experienced Senior Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry with a Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Madras.
He is having overall 16 years of experience, and was associated with Payswiff, Cholamandalam Investments and Finance company Limited & Religare Securities.

His blend of leadership acumen and interpersonal skills and in –depth HR expertise positions him as a trusted advisor in the dynamic landscape of human resource.
Mr Sirish Kaundinya Completed his Master’s in business administration from Kakatiya University. He has extensive experience of 30+ years in vehicle finance where he has handled functions of sales, credit, risk, Collections, New Initiatives and training.
He was previously associated with Chola Finance, Magma Finance (Now Poonawala Finance) and payswiff Technologies Private Limited.
Mr. Dev Kumar has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field of Business Launch & Development. His expertise is particularly focused on the SME sector, which plays a crucial role in the economic landscape, often serving as an engine for growth and employment.
Mr. Kumar has handled various functions within SMEs, including sales, credit management, risk assessment, collections, new initiatives, and training.
His professional journey includes roles in both domestic (UGRO Capital Limited, Religare Finvest Limited) and international (ABN Amro Bank) financial institutions.
Mr. Vaibhav Ratnakar Ashtekar brings 20 years of experience in the credit segment, specializing in underwriting. He has extensive experience in branch network management across multiple states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, M.P., Maharashtra, Mumbai, Nasik, and more. He manages CV/CE & Auto Loans. Previously, he has worked with Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited, HDB Financial Services Ltd, and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
Mr. Srijan Banerjee is a seasoned risk professional with around 20 years of experience in credit risk assessment, process engineering, operations, and business development in the domains of working capital management, housing loans, mortgage, and unsecured lending. He has operated in urban, semi-urban, and rural markets across multiple states in India. His previous roles include positions at DCB Bank Limited, ING Vysya Bank Limited, Yes Bank Limited, Magma Housing Finance, Shriram Housing Finance Limited, Aashiyaan Housing and Development Finance Private Limited, and Nivara Home Finance.
Mr.Prakash Bhawnani, a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of corporate finance and risk management experience, has made significant contributions across esteemed organizations. His impactful journey encompasses key roles at ICICI Bank, Union Bank, Reliance Industries, Home Credit, and India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd, where he excelled in leading treasury and financial planning functions. In his last role, he managed the CFO responsibilities with Keertana Finserv. With a dynamic academic background, Prakash holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from CFAI, USA, and is a Company Secretary (CS) and CAIIB. He earned his MBA complemented by an MS in Finance in 2009. Furthermore, Prakash stands as an esteemed alumnus of IIM Calcutta's leadership program for CFOs.
