The Company was established as Indra Keela Financiers Private Limited in the year 1991 and converted into a Public Limited Company in the year 1994 and the name was changed as IKF Finance & Investments Limited. Later on the Company came out with a Public Issue in the year 1995 for Rs.265.00 Lakhs and subsequently with a Rights Issue in the year 1998 for Rs.151.89 Lakhs and the same were fully subscribed. Later the name of the Company was changed as IKF Finance Limited on 26.10.1998. During the Financial Year 2003-2004, the Company has allotted 15,58,500 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a Premium of Rs.5/- per share to the Non-Resident Indians on Preferential Basis.

Today it is a Fourteen years old Company having high stake in Automobiles particularly Trucks, Tractors, Three Wheelers, Two Wheelers etc., operating through its Seven Branch Offices located at Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Hyderabad, Kodad and Ongole besides Vijayawada.

The Company is a Profit Making, Dividend Paying, Listed, Multi Location Leasing and Hire Purchase Finance Company with consistent and proven track record. The Growth rate of the Company is very impressive during the past Thirteen years and has acquired the market leadership in Commercial Vehicle Finance among Andhra Pradesh based Companies.
